Development of Asset Integrity & Reliability Management System (AIRMS) – Phase 1 & Phase 2
Description of Work
PGN LNG requested provisional study for an asset integrity and reliability management system (AIRMS) for Lampung ORF Asset. The main concept of AIRMS is to follow the integrity management system philosophy of Plan-Do-Action-Check process.
The work is sequenced into 2 stages. First, the development of AIRMS philosophy and data management & risk assessment software. Second, the implementation of risk-based inspection and RCM by using the software that previously developed. The scope covered the onshore receiving facility (ORF) including static pressurized equipment, piping, and rotating equipment, also the pipeline offshore system and tower yoke mooring structure.
The AIRMS concept and philosophy was developed based on the corporate management & policy that is benchmarked by regulatory requirement and well-known industrial best practices. Then the customized web-based application software is developed as an integrated tool to manage the asset data and to assess the risk level as a basis of the inspection and maintenance strategy optimization.
